Submitting an Abstract
Abstracts can be submitted for consideration as oral presentations and posters through 31 December 2022.
Primary Author
The participant submitting the abstract is considered the primary (presenting) author.
Each participant is limited to submitting one abstract as the primary author but can be listed as a co-author on an unlimited number of abstracts.
Word Limit
Word limit is 250 words.
Abstract Evaluation
Each abstract is reviewed by committee members. The reviewers assess each abstract on the criteria (relevance, novelty, advancement, quality…) that guide the committee when making presentation assignments.
There are a limited number of oral slots available, and to maintain a degree of balance and interest in the program, it will not be possible to accommodate some requests for oral presentation. Therefore, abstracts not assigned for an oral communication will be suggested for presentation as posters.
Poster sessions are well attended and provide us with a venue to discuss research in detail. Posters will remain on display for three full days during the conference.
